Welcome to ColdCTL Cloud, a service operated by Boolescale Engineering Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By using ColdCTL Cloud, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using any part of ColdCTL Cloud, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ColdCTL Cloud helps teams manage database archival activity with customer-hosted agents, customer-controlled storage, and archive retrieval tools. You are responsible for authorizing access, configuring retention policies, and verifying archives before deleting source records. Archiving does not replace your backup and recovery procedures.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to use certain features of ColdCTL Cloud. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use ColdCTL Cloud only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to distribute harmful or unauthorized content, engage in unauthorized access or scraping, or violate any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, software, and trademarks are the property of Boolescale Engineering Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without permission except as allowed by the applicable software license.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features may be accessible only to paid users. Where offered, payments are processed through third-party providers. Commercial plans are not yet announced. You agree to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms displayed at the time of subscription.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ColdCTL Cloud at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time by contacting us through the contact form.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

ColdCTL Cloud is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the platform at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boolescale Engineering Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ColdCTL Cloud after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
