  • Contact Details: Name, email address, and messages you submit through our contact form.
  • Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage timestamps.
  • Payment Info: When subscribing to paid features, payment is securely processed by third-party payment providers, where paid features are offered.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the ColdCTL Cloud platform and features.
  • To manage workspaces, display archival activity, and respond to support enquiries.
  • To send service-related emails and updates.
  • To ensure the platform's performance and security.
